So I’m a little late on the smoothie bowl bandwagon but I am loving playing around with them! Super simple concept, make your favorite smoothie, put it in a bowl and top with any yummy healthy topping you can think of!
- 1 banana
- Handful of frozen strawberries
- 1 single serving of Greek yoghurt (I used yoplait coconut Greek yoghurt)
- Honey (as much as you want to sweeten!)
- Sunflower seeds
- Steel cut oats
- Blue berries
- Sliced banana
- Pomegranate seeds
Some other toppings To try: coconut flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds, blackberries, granola and really any fruit your little heart desires!
