Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

So I’m a little late on the smoothie bowl bandwagon but I am loving playing around with them! Super simple concept, make your favorite smoothie, put it in a bowl and top with any yummy healthy topping you can think of!

This bowl has been my favorite so far and is full of kick ass fruit and seeds. Try it yourself and be creative!

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 banana
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1 single serving of Greek yoghurt (I used yoplait coconut Greek yoghurt)
  • Honey (as much as you want to sweeten!)


  • Sunflower seeds
  • Steel cut oats
  • Blue berries
  • Sliced banana
  • Pomegranate seeds

Some other toppings To try: coconut flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds, blackberries, granola and really any fruit your little heart desires!
